Executive AI Fluency
Learn AI beyond the chatbot by building your own AI chief of staff and second brain, on your real work, in three sessions.
- 3 live sessions, 90 minutes each
- Remote, one-on-one or with your leadership team
- You leave with a working AI chief of staff and second brain
- Built on open-source tools you keep
- Two office hours after the last session
Most executives' AI use stops at the chatbot.
You ask a question, read the answer and close the tab. Nothing carries over to the next conversation, so nothing builds. Meanwhile your board, your investors and your team expect you to lead on AI. It's hard to lead something you don't do yourself.
- Step 1
Chatbot
Ask, answer, close the tab. It forgets you every time.
- Where this workshop takes youStep 2
Delegate
It knows your context and does real work for you: briefs, drafts, prep, follow-ups.
- Step 3
Run on its own
Workflows that run without you asking. Your next step, once the habit is in place.
Two things you'll use every day.
Your AI chief of staff
An assistant that knows your role, priorities, projects and people. It opens each day with a brief, prepares you for meetings, drafts in your voice and keeps track of what you've promised.
Your second brain
A memory that grows every time you use it: decisions, context, documents and the people you work with. It lives in plain files on your computer, so you can open it, read it and take it with you.
Built on our open-source AI Chief of Staff. The same approach works for other roles: a general counsel, a security lead, a marketing writer.
Three sessions. One working system.
You direct, we build together. No code, and nothing to prepare beyond a 15-minute install before the first session.
- 01
Foundation
Install the system, name your chief of staff and brief it on your role, business, priorities and people. Learn the start-and-save habit that makes its memory grow.
You leave with: An assistant that already knows your context.
- 02
Build
Connect your calendar and email. Build your first workflow in plain language, such as a morning brief, and teach it your writing voice.
You leave with: A daily brief and drafts that sound like you.
- 03
Integrate
Apply it to a real problem in your business. Connect the tools your team uses, and decide what's shared across the team and what stays private.
You leave with: A system built into your actual week, and a plan for what to build next.
After the last session, two office hours to tune what you've built.
What fluency looks like afterwards.
You know what AI can and can't do, because you use it on your own work every day.
You can judge AI proposals from your team and from vendors, and ask the questions that matter.
You know where your data goes, and how to keep sensitive or privileged material out of memory.
You know when to trust it and when to check. Treat its work like a capable intern's: review it before it reaches your board.
Your team sees you doing it. Adoption follows what leaders do, not what they announce.
A product recall, midway through.
Midway through the workshop, a CEO's manufacturer issued a product recall. His AI chief of staff already knew the business, the board and the customers. He used it to prepare board briefings and customer communications, and says it caught blind spots he would otherwise have missed.
Shahed is an experienced operator who has done this work himself. Working with him moved my understanding of AI forward quickly, and I now use it in my work every day.
For leaders who are expected to lead on AI.
CEOs, founders and senior executives at growing companies. Run it one-on-one, with your leadership team or with your board. No technical background needed: if you can run a video call, you can do this.
- A Claude Pro subscription
- A Mac or Windows laptop with some free disk space
- 15 minutes before Session 1 to install two free apps (we send a step-by-step guide)
- About 90 minutes for each session, plus time to use it between sessions
Stop asking AI questions. Start working with it.
A 30-minute call about your role, your team and where AI would help most. You'll leave knowing what your three sessions would cover.
