I’ve spent over two decades leading product and growth teams in the B2B SaaS world. At Galvanize, where I helped grow the business from $1M to $100M ARR before its $1B acquisition, we learned that growth doesn’t come from chasing every opportunity. It comes from knowing exactly who you’re building for and why you’re their best choice.
